Returns 

We hope you love your purchase from Kids Too as much as we do! However, if your item isn’t quite right and you’d like to return your order, please follow the steps below:

Full-priced items can be returned for a refund, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached and returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note, the 14-day return window begins from the date your order is delivered to the address provided at checkout. After this period, you have an additional 14 days to request an exchange for an alternative size or item. Returns outside of these time frames will not be accepted.

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

 

To return an item, simply use the returns address label included in your order and drop it off at your nearest Royal Mail branch. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.
