Returns 

We hope you love your purchase from Kids Too as much as we do, however if the item is not right and you would like to return your order please follow the steps below.

Full price unsuitable items must be returned in their original condition, unworn with tags on, within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please note that the 14 days begins from the day the order is delivered to the address stated. You have a further 14 days to exchange this item for a change of size or different item, If you are out of this time frame you will not be able to submit your return.

Please notes any items bought in the sale will only be eligible for exchange or credit note. 

 

To return an item please use the address label provided in your order and take to your nearest Royal Mail. Please retain your proof of postage until we have confirmed the arrival of your return.
